Are your tours private?
Yes. Unless a tour says otherwise (for example the Aqaba snorkelling boat or Petra by Night), your vehicle, driver and guide are for your group only.
How is the price calculated?
Tours are priced per person and get cheaper per person as your group grows. Transfers, cars with driver and guides are priced per vehicle or per guide. The booking box on each page shows the full total before you book.
Are entrance fees included?
Usually not, because most visitors buy the Jordan Pass, which covers the main sites and the visa. Each tour lists what is included and lets you add tickets if you don’t have the pass.
How far in advance should I book?
Day tours can usually be booked up to 24 hours ahead, transfers 6 hours ahead. For spring and autumn, book packages a few weeks in advance.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes – free cancellation up to 48 hours before day tours and 14 days before multi-day packages. See our terms for details.
Is Jordan suitable for children?
Very. Look for tours marked “Family friendly”, and tell us the ages so we bring child seats.
