1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Prices are in US dollars and include the services listed under “Included” on each tour page.
2. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by the method you choose, or on the day where “pay later” is offered.
3. Cancellation by you
- Day tours, activities and transfers: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start; 50% charge within 48 hours; 100% for no-shows.
- Multi-day packages: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; 30% charge from 14 to 7 days; 60% from 7 to 3 days; 100% within 72 hours.
- Third-party tickets bought on your behalf (for example Petra by Night) are non-refundable once issued.
4. Changes and cancellation by us
We may change an itinerary for safety, weather, road or site closures. If we cancel a service, you receive a full refund or an alternative of equal value.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for valid passports and visas, travel insurance and following the guide’s safety instructions. Some activities require a reasonable level of fitness.
6. Liability
We act with reasonable care in selecting suppliers. We are not liable for events beyond our control (force majeure) or for the acts of independent suppliers beyond the limits allowed by Jordanian law.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
